Tartufo Forneria Italiana is back — with a new chapter led by Giannis Antonelakis. After training in Naples and traveling across Italy, he returned to Chania to master and share the art of authentic Pizza Napoletana.
Built on over 40 years of local tradition, Tartufo now blends original Italian ingredients like buffalo mozzarella, Grana Padano & Molino Piantoni flour with the best of Cretan produce, baked in a hand-built oven from Naples.
